D's C19 OSINT DATA
Forty-eight investigative research threads and dossiers — roughly eight hundred twenty pages — by Destiny Rezendes, extracted, cross-verified against federal primary sources, corrected, and organized into one auditable dashboard.
Every figure carries its source. Every claim carries its verification status. Where an independent primary source contradicts a thread, the correction is shown alongside the original — not in place of it.
Corpus at a glance
What is in this dashboard and where it came from.
The central finding
The one claim in this corpus that survives verification most completely.
USAspending's recipient API returns these as alternate names of one single award recipient — UEI GC2RFAZK8G64, DUNS 073438462:
NANOSPHERE INCORPORATED · NANOTHERAPEUTICS INC. · NANOTHERAPEUTICS INCORPORATED · NANOTHERAPEUTICS, INC. · OLOGY BIOSERVICES, INC · OLOGY BIOSERVICES, INC. · RESILIENCE GOVERNMENT SERVICES INC.
The company presented in 2020–2021 as a new biomanufacturing venture is the same recipient that held DoD biodefense contracts from 2007 forward. Searching USAspending for "National Resilience, Inc." returns zero results.
Highest-severity findings
Ranked by how well each survives independent primary-source verification.
How to read the verification pills
Verified
Confirmed from a primary source at the stated specificity — the named person, in the named role, on the named date, in the named document.
Partial
The underlying fact is documented, but a detail is off: a date, a title, an accounting basis, or the source is secondary rather than primary.
Not verified
No primary source found, or contradicted by one. Not verified is not the same as false. The claim stays in the record with its status attached.

The thread corpus
All 36 source documents, newest first. Each card carries the thread's own thesis, its extracted findings, and the anomaly it establishes. Titles link to the original post where a URL survives.

Anomalies, discoveries & conflicts of interest
Fifty-six findings drawn from the corpus and re-tested against primary sources. Corrections are stated inside each entry. Click any linked entity to open it on the entity map.

Entity map
People, programs, companies, agencies and statutes, linked by co-appearance in the corpus. The 18 most connected entities are labelled; hover any other node to reveal its name. Drag nodes to rearrange, scroll to zoom, click for the full dossier, or search to isolate a name and everything connected to it.
Entity directory
All 114 entities with dropdown bios. Type to filter; every match expands in place.

Finances
COVID spending totals and contract totals, each read from a federal API response, SEC filing, IRS return, or oversight report during verification. Where a circulated figure failed verification, the failure is stated.
The scorekeeper problem
There is no single "total COVID spending" figure. Four official scorekeepers disagree by roughly $960 billion because they count different things.
The six relief laws
CBO figures in millions of dollars of budget authority, from CRS Report R46449 v4 (Oct 15, 2021). OMB and PRAC columns are those bodies' own estimates as quoted by CRS.
GAO's largest spending areas
Appropriated, in billions, as of January 31, 2023.
Operation Warp Speed — the obligation trail
The circulated "$18 billion" appears in no government document. GAO's own reporting escalates to $29.8 billion.
Per-company vaccine OTA obligations
In billions, as of March 14, 2021, from GAO-21-501 Table 1. GAO notes it corrected the FPDS-NG data by adding $1.3 billion in obligations the agencies did not accurately report as COVID-19 OTAs.
Statutory streams feeding OWS
Per CRS IF11951, Domestic Funding for COVID-19 Vaccines.
Contract and revenue ledger by entity
Every row links to its USAspending award page or filing. Announced values and actual obligations are kept separate on purpose — they differ by hundreds of millions.
Program authorizations
Statutory ceilings that predate or frame COVID spending. Note the recurring trap: these are transfers authorized to be appropriated, not appropriations.
Royalties, settlements & enforcement
Failed and requalified figures
Fifteen circulated financial claims that verification either disconfirmed or materially requalified. Published as-is so the corrections travel with the numbers.

Deep audit of the compendium
A full evaluation of the research corpus assembled by Destiny Rezendes across the 48 threads and dossiers presented — what the method produced, what verified, what broke, and what should not be republished without correction.
